Far Cry, thoughts!

I have been reading good and bad things about this game. What do you guys think of it? Is Gamespot right on it's review?

im trying to save for a car and am limiting myself to one more game so i can save quicker, whats the best bet,

get Far Cry or wait until medal of hounour comes out.

dude, farcry has decent singleplayer. the only thing i dont like about it is that you TURN SO SLOW.

but besides that, its pretty cool. the turning thing REALLY bugs me though.

Rent COD 3. it will fill your shooter needs. i made the mistake of buying it because it has no multiplayer but somewhat singleplayer replay value.

a friend of mine rented farcry from blockbuster, we threw it in the wii and we extrememly dissapointed in the graphics, especially in the opening cutscene. i dont know if it was a bad disk or what, but my farcry game from my xbox (not 360) had better graphics. was it just this copy of the game, or does it really look that badly?
