Trauma Center Z5 mission question

I have beat trauma center but i cant beat mission Z5 for me to start the 6th chapter. I have been reading around the net and they are saying the lacerations dont show up. Just the Kyriaki. You have to guess where the lacerations are and stich them up. Im not to sure but my game is different. The lacerations are showing up like crazy .. but i dont have any Kyriaki on the TV. They seem to be invisible. i can use the laser and randomly zap around the screen, im hitting somthing but i have no idea what to do to finish this mission. has anyone had this problem and how do you finish it?

No one has seen this problem. Is this the way the mission is supose to play or does the game has a bug in it. i have seen a couple walkthroughs and they give detail directions on how to beat that mission but im not seeing the GUILT on the screen to do anything with them.

I hope someone can give me some insite on this issue.
