I've now completed the first 3 levels after buying it on Monday and was wondering about the Reputation levels. Over the 3 levels I've killed every bad guy I've came across included those that I've duelled. I've now read that you get a higher reputation for not killing guys but let them go instead. If I were to redo these 3 levels again, would my reputation level increase if I let these guys live?

Also, in the first 3 levels is it possible to use the hammer attacks, and is it possible to disarm opponents by shooting their weapons or are these skills you learn in later levels?

One other thing while I think about it, when not in a sword battle, is it possible to fight with a sword rather than guns
