Red Octane didn't make any of the GH games, they were just the Publishers
The games were designed by Harmonix. But if that's what you meant, yes Neversoft took over production, we've known that was going to happen for a while.

According to wiki 7 of the 11 of the announced songs are master tracks, this is a good percentage and I hope the game continues to get more and more master tracks. Words can not describe the awesomeness that Cult of Personality is a master track.

wikipedia? never trust them for anything consumable media related. anything else is fine. but remember, anyone can join and edit, so crap thats not true gets posted up there all the time.
never use wikipedia for game news.

Actually that was cited by Activision, and it's been confirmed on their website as well.
