RE4 for wii, doesn't support widescreen?

people in asia played RE4.

They said it doesn't really support the wide screen.

Game magazines and website said RE4 will support 16:9
but it's actually just a stretched screen of 4:3.

RE4 for gc had top and bottom with black letterbox, they got rid of them.
But that's it.

It's like playing RE4 GC version with Full mode using TV option.

^But NOT dissapointing for RE fans that live with their parents who only have an old junky box TV. I dont see this very surprising, seeing as all of the GC games will turn out like this. Mario Party 8 didnt support WS either because it was originally ganna be a cube game.

No big deal for me. Good info nonetheless.

Zelda was a BIG deal for widescreen. Won't affect my purchase in the least.

I don't really look into these things. If the game is great, then thats all that matters to me.
