Just wanted to update everyone on my progress. Finished the regular game on Leon mode yesterday afternoon. Began Separate Ways and am currently on Chapter 5. Thanks to everyone who's given me some helpful hints so far.

Thanks for the advice pkstudios,am very happy to follow it, think we pretty much went through the main game at the same time as well. Am so impressed with your score in the castle last night. I know exactly what you mean about when the pressure is off, after I got all four five stars with Krauser, took him out for a victory lap and got up to 95,000 in the castle.
Will definitely try doing all the areas first, so, off to get some practice in with Mr Wesker!!!! Thanks again.

Woot! I'm on my 2nd run of the main game and got the 1,000,000 pesetas at the castle level. I got the chicago typewriter and will probably continue with that. I'll probably go back to the save before the purchase and see how crazy it is w/ the IRL . The 2nd run went WAY faster than I thought. Running around with the chicago typewrite is lots of fun too, lol.

yeah, i got my Chicago Typewriter the other day, and damn, who needs anything else? im saving up to get the IRL too, so i'll never need ammo again!

...but the chicago typewriter has a disadvantage.....it lowers your accuracy extremely fast....which i dont want

you guys ever seen this weapon?
beat the game on pro mode you get... the plasma gun Charge it up and kill all of the enemies on the screen with one blast kills bosses in almost one hit more fun than infinite rocket launcher, chicago typewriter, but it steals the fun capacity out of all yer fully upgraded weapons it's lots of fun to go through the pro levels with this over and over lots more enemies.

So my question -
I have an option to "pick up" the rocket launcher but need to sell other stuff to be able to upgrade to an xl carrying case.Whats your advice on this matter guys.
To get the xl case only or to pick up the RL as well?
What stuff should i sell to be able to upgrade my storage?

get the bigger case. youll need it eventually anyways. the free rocket launher is a big help.

hmmm....if your at the place where you get the RL, go up ahead more and you'll see the merchant.....he has the bigger case

Depends on what it is you need to sell. You don't actually need the rocket launcher to kill anything if you have enough other firepower. The larger case is worth it have, no doubt, but you don't want to be selling off your other weapons or health to get it at that stage if you've been struggling just to get there. Hate to ask a stupid question, but are you sure you can't rearrange everything to make space for the launcher?

No worries - Actually I am quite tidy and have everything arranged nicely already - so no extra room, Cant even pick up an extra handgrenade....

What exactly do you have in yer arsenal? If you have a bunch of herbs combine them especially the yellow and green they dont boost yer overall health that high, but they increase the max potential, you probably know this. I hope I'm not spoiling anything unless you have given the wrong info about what chapter you're on. You're probably not gonna need heavy artillery for your journey ahead plus you'll pick up more items on the way.

So I suggest you sell what ever the heak you dont need Flash grenades 500 a piece incidary 1000, hand grenades are 2000 but you should've gotten the hour glass not too long ago 10000 $$$ but from where you are go back through the hall where there is the glass case (ammo and rocket launcher) Sell all of that stuff you get either 15000, but bear in mind, you really do not need a whole bunch of firepower where you're going. Just continue on. You'll be able to go back to the place after... with a bit more money, spinnels, and velvet blues to sell. Immidiately after you finish the chapter pm me. I can show you how to get a free broken butterfly. It's a good weapon to make space for. Even it you want to sell it for half price (30,000$$), but it's pretty powerful. Hope I was help too.

- Chapter 3.3. Not long ago i killed the second blind monster locked in the cage and a few other around the the raised bridge where all the goodies where - incl the RL
- 40290 ptas
- Treasures; Bottle caps, 1 Spinel, 3 green eyes, Butterfly lamp set with a Green eye, Elegant Mask with 1 gem fitted, Mirror w/Pearls and Rubies, Hourglass w/Gold decor.
What can i sell and which should i keep in order to increase value?
- Weapons; Punsiher (FP 1.5, FS 0.33, RS 1,47, Cap 16)
Broken Butterfly (FP 15, FS 0.7, RS 3.67, Cap 6) FCUK! Not a very long time since i bougth this one.....
Riot Gun (FP 5.5, FS 1.53, RS 2.43, Cap 7)
Rifle Bolt action (FP 4, FS 2.73, RS 4, Cap 5) w/Scope
TMP (FP 0.8, FS 0.10, RS 1.93, Cap 50)
- Grenade; 3 Hand (green), 4 Incen (red), 2 Flash (blue)
- 1 First aid spray
- Herbs; 4 green, 3 red, 1 yellow, Gold Chicken egg

I will combine the herbs as adviced. Any other input would be appriciated.

I forget how much the XL case is but I'd sell the mirror and hourglass for sure, and probably even the mask and lamp if I had to in order to get the case now. It's worth it. The rocket launcher is worth like 15k I think and you can sell that too if you need to raise more cash.
