the beggining is hard, considering you have little to no ammo, and crappy weapons. head shots are good, but sometimes a plaga pops out and ur screwed. so just remember, leg shot, kick, knife.
is htere a sensitive spot in the head cause somethimes it just hurts them for the first hit and others they die the first hit?

Used my RL on the guy who I first froze by using the red barrels. But now I am struggeling with 2 enourmous men in a cave. The first one i managed to fry by opening the hole n the ground. But the other guy is just a nigthmare! Should I have save my RL for this guy or will he evntually die from led poisening?

anyone know how to unlock the hand cannon? i thought i had to beat the "mercenaries" bonus mini-game? I beat all 4 levels with 4 stars, which unlocked all the characters. do i have to beat them all with 4+ stars with leon or something? i didn't get any hand cannon unlock message?

you have to baet them all 5 stars dude , i think you need around 60,000 points for 5 stars

your launcher would have have you through this in no time but if you cant go back to get one then if u have enough ammo just keep shooting him in the face till he drops then jump on his back and slice away otherwise get yourself some ammo or a launcher

damn that's gonna suck, i hate the third one, and 4th one was hard for me to get 4 stars on o.o. i did get 5 stars on the first and 2nd ones with kraus though.

I think you gotta shoot that guy in the head...not sure. Use the same Diversive tecnique: Get away, Silde down the zip cord after lowering him way over there, pump some rounds into his face...he staggers..the parasite starts coming out of his back run up to him with the command promt climb, then proceed to cut the crap outa it. Repeat that about three times.
Little confused here. Finished Seperate Ways tonight. Unlocked Chicago Typewriter.
1. When I start a new round of Leon in normal mode, I have to PURCHASE the Chicago Typewriter for 1,000,000 pasetas? How the hell am I supposed to get 1,000,000 pasetas?
2. Where are all the merchants? Do they not come until Chapter 2?
3. Is the Matilda better/worse than a fully upgraded Punisher?
4. The IRL is 1,000,000 pasetas too?

It's pretty easy to accumulate coinage once you no longer have to buy or upgrade your conventional weaponry. Just keep running through the game in round two and you'll come up with a million before you know it.
As for the Gigante, King Lain is right, but think of it this way: he will take a certain amount of total firepower before bowing down and opening up the parasite. You can generate that total amount with any weapon, so it just depends on what weapon you have that has the most firepower in combination with the amount of ammo you have. You can probably also knock him down with a single grenade but I never did try that method so I'm guessing on that.

Sell all yer ammo,weapons you dont need (in order of priority), treasures you picked up from last round. You should already have at least 100000 ptas. from you know what...
If you have a striker blast the crap outa all the old enemies that were kinda hard before (they wont be now with all yer new, upgraded weapons).Earn a ton of money or sell yer fully upgrade weapons for it (it's kinda worth it, unlimited ammo)besides you can always buy all the stuff back if you really want to because ammo is now Ptas (especially magnum ammo and Z ammo, Rifle ammo too theyre all good money). So you kinda have to get to work and kill a bunch of freaks.

"Stranger" yeah you wont see him till then. But how long will it take you to pass an area you've already conquered? If you beat it once you da man. just do it again. I've done it like 8-9 times...hey it's just fun to play.
