This is a great game; like nothing I've played before; but I started the game on 'Normal' and it gets so impossibly hard so quickly! or maybe i'm just a bit crap :-D.

Great stuff though and the anime style cutscenes suit the style of game too; remind me of old anime rpg games...

This surely is a great game. It's on my top favorite list. Do you know that there is a new Trauma Center coming out? It's Trauma Center: New Blood and it says that we'll be able to do the cooperative surgery with two sets of wiimote and nunchuck. Wouldn't it be great!? I can't wait..

Also no matter of its difficulty, it's not hard to pass the surgeries unless you don't care about the rank once you get to the point where you'll be able to do everything...hehe
