It is rumored. It appeared on various online shops and Gamespot has it in the database, but no Release date. It hasn't been officialy announced by Ubisoft.

I have also heard about the Star Wars game and I think that there is a high chance for a Lightsaber game or something similar to be released by LucasArts.

It is rumored that there will be a Tenkaichi 4 for the Wii. According to Atari's DBZ: BT3 information on its' forums, Tenkaichi 3 will be the last Tenkaichi game for PS2. However, it did not say it will be the last Tenkaichi for Wii and many fans are speculating about the situation.
I have also heard about the Star Wars game and I think that there is a high chance for a Lightsaber game or something similar to be released by LucasArts.
It's possibly The Force Unleashed, as it also has a PS2 port. May be a port, but SO FRICKN' AWESOME!
