Good 2 player games recommended?

The title says it all, are there any good 2 player games that are already out or to come out that I should get? BTW I can play any type of game and enjoy it whether it be sports, fps, or adventure.

I would also suggest Red Steel for mainly the single player, but it also has a very entertaining multi-player option.
