when u go on the wii shop channel
it says "i accept" or "i dont accept"
sumthin like that and it has info bout top shop and the internet
do u get me?

Only if you buy something, and they don't bill you. You have to buy Wii Points first.

It costs nothing to use, just accept.

If you want to buy one of the games, will have to buy Wii Points. You can get these from any videogame shop. Or you can pay by credit card.
