I think it's production has been frozen. . . which might mean it will be canceled.

i'ts not fully cancelled
cancelled=they are not going to do it
which they said that production team is doing something else, which means it might have been cancelled or paused and is going to be released later
it's probably cancelled, but you don't know that for sure
