Games TV Adverts.

right i was watching a few tv adverts for games and i have to say,

there is a huge difference between 360, wii and PS3 games adverts.

heres a few,

Personally i love the 360 adverts.
i give them all 10/10 and xbox are the best advertisers, they are brilliant

where as PS3 are way to simple and there This is livng range of adverts were not very effective in my opinion

while wii are successfull, funny, and clever, they are not very dramatic and you can tell they are aimed at non gamers.

what are your opinions also post your own ads you like/dislike

All of them are good.

Nintendo's been keeping them the same for a bit, in the way they do them
Gamecube had the same sort of feel.

And the baby and the Ps3.

The 360 TV advertisements are the best to me.
Though, I gotta say. I'm a sucker for Classical and 40's era music...

The Wii's are... Well. I could do better.

I hate the PS3 one its as creepy as chucky *shudders* I need to get my Spartan Lasar and my phazon suit to kick the living shit out of that...um.. weir baby thing.

I have to agree that the Xbox adverts seem very good, but I don't think that the PS3 and Wii adverts are too bad either.

Well the problem is with the xbox and wii adds ( I dont get the playstation 3 adds and dont think they do a good job :P On the other hand you instantly know its a sony add so its doing a terrific job :P )

Wii hasnt got the games to pull of an epic, sad or impressive trailer.

So once again I think its comparing apples to oranges. If you want I can try and make a trailer like gow or halo3 for metroid prime to show that it can be done for wii. But thats the only game I can think off. I would also make you one like that for mysims just to prove what I mean :P

It wont work ! So Nintendo kinda has to stick with this. Just like microsoft has to stick with that style because sweet,cute music wont cut it with the masterchief

360 definaltey have the best adverts. Wii adverts are very clean and simple though and follow a trend.

Technically an add is good if it lets the message come acros and stick in youre mind. THAN an add is good!

So the moment you see any of these adds you instantly know what game it is. So every add in here is good.
