The only game I would consider as far as soccer goes besides PES is mario strikers. I would say rent them if you want to compare before buying one.

Im goin with PES. I'd rather something more realistic than Mario Strikers. The only problem is is that if I get PES it would just mean I have to wait longer to get Mario Kart.
Hard decision. I know Mario Kart is going to be awesome but I see myself spending more time playing PES.

Sounds like you're making the right decision for yourself. You'll have both eventually I'm sure.

Well, I honestly doubt anyone remembers me from January, but I was the guy that went through the incredibly unlikely misery from just wanting a wii.
(learn more from clicking on my profile and selecting posted thread, you know)
Anyways,
2 days ago, I had exactly 271.62. And I really didnt know what to spend it on, since getting a wii seemed unlikely.
And then out of no where, a message from a friend, (but most likely jesus or Chuck Norris) that at the local hastings, there were 3 wiis available.
You know the rest.
I got the last one, with only 38 cents left over, so hooray!
The bottom line is,
I have no idea what my 2nd game should be.
My first is Super Smash Bros.
I bought it the day it came out, since its effing Smash bros, even though I didnt have a wii.
But I already have a list on which games I should get.
Please help!
LOD:Twilight Princess
Super Mario Galaxy
Warioware:Smooth Moves
Metroid Prime 3: Corruption
MarioKart Wii
Or any other suggestions
(I am a nintendo fan, if you havent noticed)
Thank you for your patrionage!

Good list of games.
I would say get mario kart if you want solid multiplayer and online play. Otherwise get zelda or mario galaxy. I would say get metroid last unless you're a fan and don't bother with wario ware.

That's a hard question, most people support either godfather or scarface, bully is supposed to be good too but the lesser of the three. I haven't played either of them yet. From what I've read scarface is the most violent. I would say if you're looking for a straight up open world game go for scarface, if you're drawn to the nostalgia and story of godfather go for that. I'm not sure where bully fits in, I'd say read up on it to get an idea of how it is different.

I bought it when it was $50, its questionable whether it is worth $50. Now that it has gone down to $30 I think it is worth buying though. Especially if you like that type of game.
Graphics are pretty good, controls are great (uber tricks can be hard to master but are really satisfying when you get them).

Hi, I'm new and we just got our Wii about a week ago. I'd like to get a good first person shooter or other good action game for my husband. His favorite games on the PS2 are the Hitman games. He bought Red Steel because it was cheap but it's really bad. Which Wii game would be best, including good use of the Wii controls? If it plays best with an old-school remote then he may as well play a PS2 game, you know?
Oh, and he's addicted to Elebits but needs something a bit more... manly too!

^Agreed.
Metroid Prime 4 uses the controls well.
Also, the conduit will be coming out for the Wii soon, so look forward to that if he likes FPS's
