No More Heroes: TV Minigame

Have you guys played that minigame called "Grastonberry Shooting Game" in your tv at his apartment and wonder if its any fun and if its there already in the game as well too??.. looks kinda cool and they got a video for it below to watch if you want to check out kinda short.

So is this minigame already in the game when you play it on your tv at your apartment or do you need to unlock with something through the game?

i forgot which assassin number i had to kill but i remember its somewhere from number 3 - 5. its one of those. You will get a special cut scene...dont want to spoil what the cut scene is about.. in the special cut scene the game will pop up and u will have to disconnect your nunchuck and then you can play the mini game.

EDIT: Nvm just remembered its when you are going to fight the 4th guy.
