If anyone is interested let me know. It took me a bit but I figured it out. You do not need a Nintendo brand SD card.

Ok, wasn't sure it was common knowledge here.

1. Copy a save game file from your Wii to the SD card (you must choose the save file that is related to the game you are trying to do this for)

2. Once this is done load your SD card on your PC and look to see where the Wii put the save file (.bin).

3. Copy the new save file you want to use on your Wii to that folder and rename it to whatever the Wii called the original .bin file. Mine was called data.bin.

4. Take note that your original save file for that game (on the Wii's system memory) will be gone when you copy the new one from your SD card to your Wii.

If anyone has any better ideas please post them. I'm not sure if that was confusing...if so I will try to explain again.

I know it was weird Is there an easier way to copy save files to an SD card. Or do you have to know exactly where to put the .bin files?

You have to know how to correctly format the files.

SD > Private > Wii > Titles > RB4P > Data.bin

That would work for RE4 however every game has different file title code.

Imma not going to reveal how to get the code (there's a simple way).

You can find it on back of box however.
