Just under 15 hours.

COD3 on the Wii in 6 hours or so, that game just sucked as far as lasting appeal and the sad part is I got that at release, thank god for Zelda

Super Mario Brothers in under 8 min.
i've been working on a speed run. there's like 4 things i cant do really fast.
1) cant pipe jump with peranah plants popping out of them.
2) level 1-2 getting between the 3rd turtle and that brick wall overhead
3) level 8-3 fast..
4) that last hammer bro and king koopa

i think it can be beat within 5 min??? i know there's some speed runs on youtube

Hmmm, I have played many games so I'm not quite sure.
It all really depends on what type of game.

I would say "Half-Life 2: Portal" < 24 hours.

The fastest game I beat was probably Final Fantasy X in about 30 hours that was a bitch to do

Honestly I dont think that counts cause 3 hours is like normal time. Beating FFX took waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more effort to do.
