Hrrrm, well that explains why I can't find anyone using the "Free Play" option- Wii online play is small, soccer in the US is small, and therefore people playing soccer online in the US with their Wii has got to be microscopic! Still, I'm DYING to play this game with some REAL people....and looking through this thread I can't tell who is in my region (NA) and who isn't. So, if you are in the US and you'd like to play PES 2008 online, post your code below. If you do, I will automatically add you and assume that you've added me. My PES code is: 5370 0666 0027.
Mario Kart has an option to message your console friends with your MK code, so for that and future games that support this- PM me if you want to be added as a console friend, my code is: 7366-3141-2645-3710.
PS- this is the WORST online system in the history of the internet!!!!!!!! Think about it, even in the dawn of PC gaming there were still 3rd party services people could use to connect with each other- and they didn't involve simultaneously trading 12 digit codes!!! MAYBE one person would manually have to enter an IP address, but that was the extent of the hassle.

Agreed, while adding friend codes, I've wondered many times why Nintendo would think this was a good idea. Anyway, yeah, if anyone adds me... it would be excellent if you also PM me, so I can easily keep track of who to add back one I get online again. =D
Playing the game with real people is even better than playing with computers, even though the game is great already, so good luck finding some people to play with!
