Wiimote/nunchuck for me. I do slightly better with the GC controller, but it's easier to pull wheelies with the 'chuck.

I use the wheel if I'm playing with my friends so that I'm handicapped. And I do better on Excite Truck with it.

I use the wheel, but if I'm playing two player with my little brother I let him use the wheel and I use the wii remote without the wheel. I really like the wheel and remote, and prefer them over the controller.
