Tv is showing imported games in black n white?

Hey guys just bought myself Manhunt 2 and Smash bros Brawl today both are American the games work fine except they run in black n white

Not a happy chappy anyone have any ideas what is happening?

Secondly when i put the smash bros game in after I have ran freeloader the smash screen comes up on the menu then i click play I get a black screen

What the f**k is going on with this shit

sounds like a freeloader issue.

Yeah it's a pal console both games run fine but are being outputted in black and white lol

I reckon it's the tv not supporting NTSC

That is exactly what I think. If the TV is an old model, then it is unlikely to support the NTSC mode.

Yeah, your TV sounds like it doesnt support 60Hz...

Try going into the Wii settings and changing the TV settings to "60hz"...if the screen goes ape, its not compatible.
