if i download games with my wii is it gonna count on my monthly download limit with videotron or is it a different thing ?? if not than what games are under 20mb ???

Yes it will count since you are using your internet connection
it is the same thing.
But if you are download Nintendo games and such they are REALLY really small files
Think of it this way
1 nintendo game = max 200kb
so that means you can get 5 nintendo games to make 1 Megabyte
and if your Service provider is like 10 gb per month then
1 GB = 1000 mb
So continue doing the math you can download quite a bit before you reach your limit

n64 games avg about 10 - 30 mb but still well under 1000 mb

im sure you mean 20 GB ( big difference)
20 mb = 20 x 1mb
20 gb = 1000 x 20 mb

Pretty sure you can download that game well under 30 mb
