Rumour: Animal Crossing Wii in December?

An interesting image from the 2008 Club Nintendo calendar could suggest a December release for Animal Crossing Wii.

According to Kotaku, the calendar is themed with Mario Kart Wii in April, and has a swanky image of Animal Crossing for December.

This has lead some to speculate that Animal Crossing may just be on the way this fall. That said, it's more than likely coincidence, but we wouldn't put it past Nintendo..

Most likely true and I had a feeling it would come out for the holidays. Whats odd to me though is the lack of information right now or first screenshots of the game, which leads me to believe its still a bit off. But I guess they could be keeping it secret as well and may release their info for E3, you never know.

I have a feeling It will be out this holiday season if not soon after that. Oh well we'll just have to wait till E3.
