Well most of the websits say that the way to unlock rosalina is to have a super mari galaxy save. I dont have SMG. Does that mean i have to rent it or buy it save a game on it and then i unlock her? Can someone help me please i hope there is another wat to unlock her.
Rosalina: Get a “One Star” rank or better in the 100cc Mushroom Cup. Alternately, have a saved game file from Super Mario Galaxy and win a number of races.

I've read it can be completely random. Which is why the users above have different answers. All I know is it's definitely harder to unlock her without a SMG save.
