I've bought about three SSMBB CD's thinking the error were actually linked to the CD, but now I'm beginning to think it's the actual Wii. Basically, when ever I insert the disk in, the Wii spits back an error stating something to the effect of "Cannot Read Disk".

We first bought SSMBB the day it came out, and experienced no problems with it. It played like a charm. After about a month, it starts spitting out this error. First it would come up very seldom, and eventually got to the point to where it won't play the disk at all.

Is this a common problem with anyone else?

This has been a very common problem with the game SSBB. Basically the game is dual layered and more sensitive and a part of your wii isn't working fully so it isn't reading the disk.

Contact Nintendo and you can send in your wii for a free repair!

If you have a warranty...

I had this problem with my Wii too with the SSBB game...

I filled out the repair sheet and I remember reading that they might charge you for the repair if you don't have a warranty on it
