Sega: "Sonic Unleashed Needs to be Better Than the Genesis Titles"

Of particular note is this line: "The whole development team is aiming to make Sonic Unleashed the best Sonic game ever, and that includes the Genesis-era titles!"
Definitely high aspirations, lofty even, but at this point a worthwhile goal to aim for. But after hearing so many promises in the past that the next Sonic game will bring the Blue Blur "back to form," will this finally be the one?
Also, be sure to check out the new screens to whet your appetite a little.
