Dot hack wii

Man i dont know if you have ever played dot hack but man that would be a good series to bring to the wii im talking about the new ones though....the old ones were a little bland for my taste but i still followed the series just throwning this out there ^_^

Its a series spanning 7 games, (1 4 game series, 1 3 game series) 3 anime series, and 5 movies and more being made.

Its a great Project. Its based on an MMORPG called "The World" where a virus infects it and puts some of the players in comas where they can't wake up, some even get there concious stuck in the game.

.hack//roots is my favorite series along with the 3 .hack//G.U games.

I agree it would be a great series to branch onto the Wii but I have heard they were working on an actual playable version of "The world", although I would be a bit scared of going into a coma on it O_O

Thats exactly what i was thinking but you just have a better way with words ^_^ man i loved the g.u. interface alot more smoother than the old ones. Man a wii version of the world would be awsome i could see something like this happening for anyone that doesnt know what its about i recomend you get a copy of at least .hack G.U. Vol 1 it a decent game its for the ps2 though....

You can't play G.U without watching Roots!!! It leads upto the games.

yes you can the first episode is the same as the opening cinema and thats all you really need to know the story isnt that complex.....

No its not, the series is the first year before the opening of G.U. It shows you how he levels to lvl119 and everything.

Dude i meant the freakin opening cinema and the fact is you still dont need to see the anime you can put the pieces together.....you just need alittle common sense

The opening cinema only shows parts from the last episode with Tri-edge. If you dont watch the series you miss heaps! Like the old man "The teddy bear on the bridge", The Fall of TAN, Haseo joining the World R:2 and meeting the twilight brigade, Haseo in the forest of death and how he jumps straight to his third form and goes crazy and gets infected. Theres heaps, it wouldnt be right to play the game without seeing the series! It would be like watching episode 6 of Star Wars without seeing episodes 4 and 5, sure its great but theres so much you'd miss and not understand!

BTW I'm not fighting or hving a go, just saying there is heaps to miss if you dont see the series first!

Ok i see it from your view yeah you miss some begining stop but i mean th game is goinh off to its own story the pre story really doesnt matter except about how tri-edge drained or killed that chick.... Not fighting either ^_^

It all leads upto the end of the last game and starts to tie in again. Then theres an OVA that has all the characters from the series and the games in it and haseo as his 4th form (Which doesnt look nearly as cool as the crazy reaper Haseo hahaha).

all in all yes it would be good to see the anime but its not a necessity....and yes crazy reaper haseo does look awsome ^_^
