I'd love to see a NEW F-Zero though. Im a fan for sure. Maybe bring the F-zero Arcade over at least.

F-Zero and Wipeout are my favourite, non-realistic racing games... by far.

I'd definitely buy it, assuming they leave skill as a major factor in the racing.

Hell after looking at speed racer I'm looking forward to this! Even that game looks and plays sweet! And it's very fast! I know I know this version of speed racer sucks... true I guess but who has really sat down and really watched them all? Cool name funny stuff nuff said yet the game is actually fun and look really good. I may have to buy this till f-zero comes out! Yet f-zero is going to be crazy! Wouldn't it be sweet if they let you build your own racer yet different parts used different controller parts? Like standard parts uses the Wii mote speed parts uses the nunchuck and classic racers use the game cube and retro parts uses the VC controller! Then you can have endurance shield parts that work off the balance board. The more you get hit the more sensitive the balance board comes! So you could basically tailor your racer to the control you want. It would be like a GT for F-zero! Speed racer got me thinking about this so much that I started thinking is f-zero the modern version of speed racer? Any way only racing with a track builder would be a SIN! In race tunning would be sweet also!

Well offline there is 32 racers (N64 and GC), so I doubt they will change that. I'm sure if it is online there will be the same amount as in GP.

Anyway, I'm pretty sure I've seen this rumor debunked, quite a few times, from a variety of sources. The logo they show on the German site is fan-made and the screenshot is from Brawl. Seeing as how F-Zero on GC was one of the most advanced games on the system and still looks excellent today, I think Nintendo is probably going to do a new release of F-Zero only after another year or two.

I really doubt there really will be 30 player online. Nintendo could try 20 though, that would be plenty.
