Bowser Bike and Tinkle Star

Ok, so I just recently got the Twinkle Star bike, it was going to be my replacement for the Bowser Bike seeing as the stats are almost identical. However, what I want to know is, why the Bowser Bikes turning circle is so much smaller than the Twinkle Star?

Their stats are almost perfectly identical, one has little bit more speed while the other has more Acceleration and so fourth and I wanted to use the Twinkle Star because having more Acceleration for a loss or speed is a fair trade in my opinion, except, the drifting was nothing like the Bowser Bike, even though it has more drift. Why

Edit: Oh Wow, I really messed up that title.....
