Why would paying to play a game be "sweet," exactly?
What.... do you steal your games? You have to pay for games to legally make them yours.
Joking aside - this is the first game where there will be downloadable content - that is a step in the right direction even if they are charging for it.
One thing I liked about the Wii before PtP was announced was the lack of microtransactions. I find the idea of paying for tiny snippets of additional content rather silly. Sadly, even the Wii has fallen victim.

Yeah, for them to offer it to us for buying their goddamn game in the first place, without additional fees, would be just preposterous.
That's how I feel about it. If we buy the game, we should get everything that comes with it, and not have to f^cking pay to get all the features of the game.
Bad idea, Nintendo...

In my opinion what makes the Wii more attractive than the rivals is FREE internet to play games. Paying to play games is the reason why I avoided the playstation and xbox. It's not a step in the right direction for the people who have to shell out more money.

What is even worse is when these items are already on the disc you paid for and yet they expect you to pay for these items!
