save files for mario kart wii

Well, if i replace new mario kart wii CD, does all my save files still work ?

Are you asking that if you get a new Mario Kart Wii CD that all your files will still be saved?
-If so then yes they will be saved to your Mii character that you are using. It's not like the N64 days where it was saved on the cartridge.
