I would venture to believe that this is for those who are more interested in the maths and physics, so you're right, it's not everyone's cup of tea as say Mario Kart.

Headtraking means that you've got the sensor bar or just LEDs on your head and a wiimote in front of your screen. That way the Wii know the position of your head compared to the screen and when you move your head, the images on the screen move as well so you get a 3D effect.

it was originally planned for boom blox to be the first title to use head tracking. and no, the balance board is...different, to say the least.

it's like some silly version of jenga, i wouldn't pay more than 10 bucks for it. the wii has too many mini-game titles as it is.
