According to Famitsu magazine during an interview with Sakurai. Nintendo is hard at work at developing a new channel dedicated to Smash Bros Brawl. More advanced online settings are expected as well as some possible downloadable content are all rumored.
Kid Icarus Wii Bound?
Kombo reported that a new Kid Icarus game is in development for Wii, as a result of the renewed partnership between Nintendo and Factor 5. According to Kombo, Factor 5’s Kid Icarus title is being developed from the ground-up for Wii it will not use one of the developer’s previous GameCube graphics engines.
"We want to push the hardware. I think for us it's relatively easy for us to push the hardware. It inherently comes. But a lot of it is about exploiting the uniqueness of the Wii. I mean, on the graphical side, we're going to try and do everything to outdo everything else on the platform, the same as we did for the Star Wars games back on the GameCube," Eggebrecht told IGN. "But one of our main focuses is the innovation around the controls. Everybody is always talking about the motion control, but I think people are overplaying that a bit. I really, really love the pointing aspect of the remote. Although we're going to use everything for what we have in development, I think the pointing stuff is probably the biggest innovation which we're working on right now."
Viva Pinata On It’s Way To The Wii?
Viva Pinata was a critically acclaimed hit for the Xbox, but the game didn’t do as well in the sales department as Microsoft would have liked. A DS version is already in the works, and word is that Microsoft is strongly considering portint the game to the Wii as well. (Source, EGM Magazine rumor section.)
Kingdom Hearts Comes To The Wii
Disney and Square Enix have agreed that the next Kingdom Hearts game should be available on all three systems.
"We don't want the PlayStation 3 to be the overwhelming loser, so we want to support them. But we don't want them to be the overwhelming winner either, so we can't support them too much." (Source, Wall Street Journal.)
Beyond Good & Evil 2
It took a threat from Michel Ancel the games creator, but finally Beyond Good And Evil 2 is finally in production. Apparently, Michel was fed up with the game being passed up for other titles, (Rayman Raving Rabbids 2?) And threatened to leave Ubisoft if the game was not made. (Source Surfer Girl.)
After seeing the MK channel I was hoping they would do the same for Brawl.

If they are making Viva Pinata for DS and they are putting Blue Dragon on DS and then even considering Viva Pinata for Wii...I hope they consider putting Blue Dragon on Wii!!! But I just don't see MS letting Mistwalker's RPGs hit the Wii. The DS I understand as MS does not have a handheld.
