I main Bowser Jr. and Yoshi for VS races and Grand Prix races. As for Time Trials, I will usually choose Funky Kong or Dry Bowser (like every other time setter).

I stick with my Mii. I use the default bike for now. The trade off is more stability when hit. I would trade stability vs high perfomance any day when the results are random in races. I recommend the highest performance karts for players who can race flawless on any stage and get A rank on time trials.
