Gears of War
how many people wish Gears of War came out for Wii?
I for one, am in love with the game. I love the commercial. the Gary Jules version of Mad World fits the commercial, and the entire game perfectly.

lol metroid =X anyway, i wish the gamestyle/gameplay of GoW would come out in wii, i wouldn't mind degrading the gfx for the game play

The Wii wouldn't even be able to handle the practice level of Gears of War in the beginning of the game... but yeah, I think the controls of GoW would fit pretty well to the Wii's controller.

Actually it's being created by Epic, the creators of the Unreal series and engine. They only wanted it on 360 so they could make it as good as possible, and say the Wii could handle the game, I still wouldn't want to because so far I haven't seen/been able to think of a good control scheme for FPS games on Wii, I'm sure some company will make a great scheme soon enough though.

Yeah I guess that would be cool. Too bad it would never happen though. That's like Bungie Giving Halo 3 to the Nintendo. Plus, the Wii isn't built to run an Unreal Engine.

The Wii is NOT powerful enough to handle what Gewars of War has to offer. It is the first game that actually takes full advantage of what the 360 has to offer. Anyone who has played it can clearly see that. And to the people who haven't played the game and say it's only the graphics... WRONG. GoW is one of the smoothest, best made games I have played in the last 5 years. The graphics are merely icing on the already well made cake.

Yeah. That's what I basically said. It cant handle Gears of War. It isn't able to run on a Unreal Engine.
Oh yeah, and the frame rate is so good on that game. I thought because of the graphics, it would lag like hell, but there is no lag.

lol i know the wii wouldnt be able to handle it, but im just saying, the wiimote and nunchuck would be perfect for that game.
