Apparently there is a new Kid Icarus game coming out for the wii! Is this true? It's supposed to be quite good...

This is actually old news. Though it hasn't been officially announced, we have some artwork and idea development from here.

Its a rumor but a very reliable (makes sense) and likely rumor. I really am excited to see how it plays out, I really can't imagine what its going to end up looking like.

Well its rumored to be coming at this year in time for the holidays, we'll have to wait until E3 on July 15th-17th to find out for sure though if the game is indeed coming and when its coming.

I'm pretty sure Ness has been in every Smash Brothers game since the beginning and we have yet to hear of a new Earthbound game.

It's a platformer, just think of every other 3D platformer and you will have an idea of how it will play.

It could prove to be a very interesting platformer if it comes out. But everyone has to consider the fact it could go the same way as castlevania. But more importantly, I am wondering what game retro is making ATM.

You can pretty much bet on a Kid Icarus game by this point. Now let's hope Factor 5 has nothing to do with this game. They did such a great job with Lair. I remember in a recent interview they were blaming everything, except themselves for the failure that is Lair. Sad. At least eat the sh!t if you can shovel it out.

Should be an OK game, BUT nothing will tear me away from my beloved Okami! Still should be interesting how it plays out.

Mother 3 (Earthbound) released in Japan only.

God I hope not. You want a new kid icarus game, play subspace emissary with Pit on SSBB. Factor 5 better be working on another amazing Rogue Squadron game. The ones on the gamecube were nothing short of incredible, and if they were to add good online to that experience, along with motion controls similar to that of actually piloting the ships, I'd have several orgasms.

I doubted the rumor since there was essentially no demand for it, but it popped up on big websites as something that was "leaked" (as in, someone got fired). So right now I'm praying.
