So Would The Rating Matter??

So i've been eying No More Heroes since it's release and have the money to buy it but the problem is im only 14... so does anyone think if I went to EB Games ( or somewhere else) the rating would really matter?? cause I really want to know

Well, when I went to my local EB Games, they gave me a hard time trying to buy Timesplitters: Future Perfect for the GC, it's rated M

So I assume they would give you some explanation of why you can't buy it, unless you know them personally. I know, it sucks.

A while ago (when I was 15), I walked into a GameStop to purchase GTA: Liberty City Stories for the PSP (Rated M). They said I would need a guardian to explain to them that the game contained strong contents. My dad went in and purchased the game for me since he knows I'm not stupid enough to commit the game's felonies in real life.

Bottom line, yes they will give you a hard time.

Depends which country you live in. Here in Canada, the only stores that really care about ratings are walmart and eb games. Personally when I need a M rated game, I go to rogers video. You might want to try a rental store that sells games.

I was 21 when I bought it, and I was using a credit card in my name. They still checked my ID.

Yeah they will give you a hard time even though theres nothing in the game besides vulgar language that really makes it an "M" title. Yeah theres blood and what not but still, just have someone go with you.
