Wow, 15 lbs in a month and 10 days..
Allthough, ive only added wii fit 15-20 mins a day (30 mins on muscle rest day) as a regiment to the hour aday workout i started.
I've seen 11 lbs go in 30 days myself, wich i dont usally see dropage like that..

Great job.
Have you ever considered creating the Wii Fit 2 yourself or with a group of programmers? The biggest draw back to Wii Fit right now is that you can't create a routine and go through the routine. It's sort of breaks the flow of the workout. A WiiWare application that utilizes the moves in Wii Fit and allows you to create a routine would be very helpful.

That would be an amazing idea, I have a lot of people who have been following my experiment(s), and I do know a few fellows in the homebrew scene. Maybe a small Wiiware publisher will give me a ring...

i think the wii fit good but i don't see the point in continuing to use it after you learn all the stances/exercises unless you need it to motivate you.

I think motivation is really the key. I love trying to beat my high scores, it's what kept me at it for so long straight.

If you lose 15 lbs. by playing a videogame, you're probably absolutely enormous.

Did you see the video?
Anyway, I made it into an "experiment", I wasn't just casually playing a video game. I played aggressively as if I was at the gym for 30-45min. every single day for 41 days straight. It was a personal test, nothing more nothing less.

Cool, even if you end up not liking Wii Fit, I'm sure dozens of games (SKATE/We Ski) will be coming out that use the board peripheral

The "after" posture looks a bit better too. Was yoga part of your workout?
