This is one of my favorite modern franchises... any word on the wii version of monster hunter 3?

Nope. The only thing we have heard is that a Capcom forum mod has seen and said it is looking very nice. Another rep from Capcom also stated that the game will definitely not ship in 2008.

My guess is that we will see it at either E3 or Tokyo Game Show!

I can't wait! Until it ships, I just keep playing Phantasy Star Online: Episodes 1&2 Plus offline on Wii.

In somewhat related news, Diablo3 was announced for PC today!!! I cannot wait to play that as I have been playing Diablo1&2 offline/online since 1997.

monster hunter 3 is definitely going to eventually ship for wii tho right? so far so good, not canceled or anything?
