Mario party is now like Pokemon, Nintendo sees that no matter how many they make they are going to make some money. So until the time comes that they actually start losing money, they will keep making mario parties.

Yes, Mario Party is a pure goldmine. Sadly, since Nintendo sees high sales in the series, they slack on the quality of the game since they know it will sell well.

Last Mario Party I played was 7, can't say I enjoyed it too much.

All the ones for N64 were good then they went downhill, but Mario Party 9 is bound to come.

The problem is they're running out of games and ideas. They should just make a final mario part, have all the games and ideas and make it into one.

Why does everyone hate 8? I like 8. It's not as good as past Mario Party games, but with some friends around, it's pretty fun.

Yeah I don't see the problem with 8 either. It's still fun with people over and the controls are decent.

I can rent it for 9 bucks for buy it for 25. I'd rather just buy it if I were to get it. I loved the first 3, and I didn't play the last 4, so I think I'll be in for a treat since a lot of the content will be new to me, plus I haven't played the old ones in years, I miss it. :P

It cost $9 to rent? damn.......thats insane.

Yeah MP 1-3 were really good, 4-7 were okay additions but still better then 8~

Ah, I see. I may try it, long as I can get it for 20-30. Wouldn't pay more than 30. I may try to trade my super paper mario for it or something. :P

And yes, renting anything anymore costs so much it's almost not even worth it.

It only cost $5 here for 3 nights.
