I'm so bummed I won't be able to use WiiSpeak until I get out of this godforsaken country town with no broadband. UGH!!!
I ordered MySims Kingdom last week (it hasn't arrived yet) and was thinking that would really keep me occupied until Christmas. Well that plus the games I already own, not to mention work and life and stuff. But from what I'm hearing, MySims is much more a mission-based RPG and less sandbox-y than AC. I'm getting so excited to play AC! I'd hate to hold out for release day only to discover that I can't find it anywhere until January!

So who else is pumped for this Sunday!? I am, Animal Crossing is such an amazing series and should be even better on the Wii. Hopefully, I will be able to scarf up enough money for WiiSpeak too.

I'm certaintly looking forward to it. I won't be buying it then, but I'll enjoy seeing the reviews for both Animal Crossing and WiiSpeak. WiiSpeak has been hyped as high as it'll go and all it has left to do now is crash, but if Animal Crossing gets good reviews I'll plan on picking it up this Christmas.

Is this game multiplayer?
2 people on the same system playing, cuz the wii is supposed to be for multiplayer, and the only game my gf likes to play is little big planet, but she would love this if we could play together :3

No, you cannot have 2 people on the same Wii at the same time on Animal Crossing (I think), but you can have your own save files and visit each others towns and whatnot.
The game is out today!!!! Did anyone get it? I have to wait until tomorrow. I'm getting the WiiSpeak bundle.

In all my search, I did not found any Wii Speack bundle with AC. I ordered mine from Dell.ca 40$ for AC and 25 for Wii speak. Not a bad deal so far...

Yeah there are WiiSpeak bundles in certain stores. The Best Buy in my area is going to have it so lucky for me.

They had the bundle for $70 total on Amazon a few days ago (for pre-order), but I haven't checked to see if they are sold out as of today.

Mine cost me 65$CAd before taxes. Finally the bundles are not very much better than that!
Only concerns, Dell.ca is saying the item will ship Dec. 2, I hope it is not the real date.

got the game this morning around 9am at a local target, started playing around 10 and just stopped around 2:30, very addicting....this is my first animal crossings, never played on other systems...already earned enough bells selling fish to pay of my mortgage but i didnt

Well I got the game today and played a little while and I like it. But I went to find out what my friend code was and it just said "You do not have a friend code yet". Any help???

Mine works fine, I love it. Graphics are a bit different from the GC version, but nothing huge. Gameplay is still the same. I went to the City part of the game, and there is a lot to do, but couldn't do anything because I paid off my first mortgage to Tom Nook.
I'll be playing later tonight. I'll put my friend code in my signature if anyone wants to play.

Hmm, I was fairly excited for this, but got a pretty bad review from Digital Chumps. Then again, Cheat Code Central liked it, so I'll see what IGN has to say about it.
I'm just afaid that the activities are very few, and from right now it looks like there isn't much to do.

I think I really want this just because there is nothing else out I really want right now. I think I'll just get bored of it fast if I get it. I'm trying to convince myself that its something I would enjoy but I just think I should give up on it. You all enjoy yourself.
