Diablo III probably comes to Wii !!

Hi, for all MMO fans this is a great news. Some Blizzard representatives talk about a console release of Diablo III and sugest that it will be possible for all next-gen consoles, becose all have online capabilities.
Sure, they don't disscard the Wii becose the largest game crowd !!

I don't see how b.net and wii online would work. Wii's too strict. I could see it for XBL more than PSN. We'll see.

If it comes to any console, it'll be the 360 and PS3. Note that it may come as a "theoretical possibility" to the next gen consoles, of which the Wii is not.

There is no way the Wii could handle it. Diablo 2 maybe, but not Diablo 3.

Besides, it wouldn't sell well, so why should they bother.

This guy always posts really dodgy information, so I wouldn't trust it. I remember one of his last threads about Wii being able to match the 360's graphics with an added chip-set or something.

Nope. Unless the Wii can somehow magically support the game graphically, have enough hardware to store the game, include in-game chat + text, can hold a server up, and will allow a mature-based mmo on a nintendo console. Not only that, but I highly doubt many Wii owners will even give a thought of getting it. Even if it does come out for the Wii, I guarantee that the features of it will be total crap compared to the PC.

They said they're not going to do it if it compromises anything, meaning having to "dumb" it down any.

There's no way that'll happen, there'd be sacrifices for online, controls, ect.
