Does an FPS really need extra motion sensing? Most of it is IR aiming and as I understand part of the sensitivity of that is how the game is made (plus individual settings of course).
Why not? I wanna be able to shoot an alien and smack em with my shotgun too!!

Definitions of motion on the Web:
movement: a natural event that involves a change in the position or location of something
in order to aim you have to move the controller around, not just push a little thumbstick. im sorry but constitutes a motion control. i cant aim and keep the controller still, like you can with an xbox or ps3. so that is motion controls.
wow that article was really good. HVS are really one of the kind in teh industry for many reasons. the bit at the end about "crap it out" is really sad. well this looks to be the only one of few wii games that has my interest currently cough* after E3 cough*

That was some sweet info though Jay, I wish I could have been there myself and played this thing. I can't wait for it.
Sounds interesting, but still not on my "to buy" list. I wouldn't have minded going to E3 myself to get a hands-on impression of the game. It's no just the games though, it's the experience.
