someone help me get past this dang balcony part. Start in room with girl in red dress. Then you break open a door. drop to ground. Climb back up to a balcony. get onto electrical wire. then i get stuck. How do i get past this whole part

climb up the electical cord, the screen will flash when to hit the "A" button when you need to drop to a ledge.
