He's just saying it's an experience that everyone should try, but it takes a lot of energy, time, skill and other things to actually be any good at it. Also money is a big thing in musical instruments. Whether or not that time and money spent is worth it, depends on the user, as of anything else.

Im a guitar player, I always promote the instrument I love. I just think its good to try things in life like guitar (or another instrument). I bet their are really awesome GH players out there that with a little practice could tear it up on a real guitar. No bad things will happen if you dont try guitar.

yeah true but you get drum, bass and a mic peripheral. also its easy to pick up and play and start a "band" as opposed to starting a real band. thats why i think its popular.

thats why you buy used gear. one of my fav. guitars is an "Agile al 2000" it was 169 bux brand spanking new. its a les paul copy and is absolutely solid and plays like butter. Its better than any epiphone or other LP copy on the market in that price range, in fact id rival it with the 4-500 dollar epiphone LP.

I am happy we finally get to play a Doors song! Light my Fire is great! Pink Floyd is a great addition too; Take it on the Run, Crazy Train, Master Of Puppets, I cannot wait for this game!

I guess I'm the only one a bit disappointed by that tracklist. It has a few good ones here and there, but this list doesn't look to be much better than that of GH III, IMO. Needs more The Who, for sure, and they should branch outside of the rock genre a bit more, and get away from the cliche songs (although I love that they've added "Crazy Train").
