My question: Is this fun with only my Guitar Hero 3 guitar ?

I don't really care about the drums and the singing and stuff, and already own Guitar Hero 3. So would it be fun for me to pick up only the game without all attributes ?
I'm not planning to buy it for $200,-.

I just wanna play some new songs.

Me too. Rock Band wasn't that good because the songs weren't as good as GH3, but GH4 has great songs and drums, so I think it's worthwhile.

And our rockband drums (for 360) broke constantly... I hope GHWT built a better quality drum set

I agree completley.

The point of having Rock Band/Guitar Hero is to experience how it feels to play an instrument to the beat of an amazing song. For example, on the Guitar, you would strum and move your hands up and down (orange key), and that would make you feel like a real guitarist. But if you are just tapping on drums, you don't get that rock star feeling inside of you. That's why they need to build drums that are durable, stable, and high-quality, so we can bash and smash on them without having them break.

Woohoo, I just preordered the game! redoctane.com is now taking preorders for the game-only and game+guitar bundle, and I suggest that if you're going to preorder the game, get it from here because they have free shipping on the game+guitar bundle (no sales tax either), and there's a chance you could get it before the release date because it's shipping directly from the manufacturer. I cannot freaking wait.

yeah you get it on the day of release it just guarantees a copy for you on the first day without the store not having it.

Well last year the game crazy near my house had a GHIII demo at least a few weeks before the game came out, so there's a chance that there will be one for WT.
