Haven't played a Harvest Moon since 64 (my only Harvest moon) and that was when I rented it.
It seemed good, no complaints here about it...so...
Well, I've heard little about Harvest Moon: ToT
Can anyone give me the lowdown of any interesting things about it? It appears interesting, and I may/may not give it at least a rent. Differences, improvements, etc...

It doesn't even look third-person 3d, which is a massive letdown, in my opinion. It looks like the old N64, isometric-view ones. Goddammit, Nintendo.

I've only ever played one Harvest Moon game and it was the first one on the Cube and I actually really enjoyed it. But, I saw my cousin play Magical Melody before the Wii came out and wasn't impressed. I don't know how this one will turn out..
Wikipedia has all the information you should need to know on Tree of Tranquility though...

i have played most every Harvest Moon game since it was first released on SNES and I always have loved the games. The thing to remember is that its a simulation game. If you like sim games then you should enjoy it.

Harvest Moon games were always alright, Tree Of Tranquility looks decent visually and looks like fun in my opinion. Not a buy of course, but I'll rent it.

It's delayed yet again, 4th time I believe, now the release date is Sept 16th.

Well, to me, the game being delayed is good news. After the last few screwups in this series, I think the delays might mean they're working out the bugs. I certainly hope that's the reason for the delays. I haven't heard much about this game, but I'm willing to buy it as soon as I see the reviews for it. I hate wasting money.
