Easy Quesiton Zelda Help

uh yeah i jsut rented zleda [ didnt wanna buy it lol ]

but i jsut started it and i did the bee hive thing, i got the fishing rod but there r some problems

the fishing rod isnt showing up anywhere [idk if its supose to]

and idk how to fish for the cat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i'm getting rly frustrated with my noob mistakes

plz help me

If you press the MINUS button, your inventory will come up on the screen and the fishing rod should be somewhere on that circle, probably the very top. Set it to B by pressing B while the cursor is over the rod and you should be able to use it.
