3rd party cables or 1st party

hi i am buying a new tv which supports up to 1080i( it says )

it has a component cables thing

i dnt wanna spend too much money as i wanna buy some games for the wii now i have spent alot of money and im wondering if the cheaper 3rd party cables are the same as the 1st party nintendo ones?
