Ok, I HAVE searched the forum and no thread has yet, I don't think, answered my question. I have an SD card, I got it for Christmas and I hadn't used it yet but I tried it for the first time, wanting to get songs onto it. I dragged songs from my iTunes library directly onto the card, took it out and put it into my Wii, I went onto the picture channel and it said it could not detect any mp3 files on my SD card. So in brief, how do I do it and is it possible to play songs on the picture channel whilst playing another game? Thanks in advance.

Oh and in case you're wondering, it's the official SD card made for the Wii and it's 1GB.

you can only play MP3 files in the Picture Channel.
the onyl game that i know of at the moment that you can play music in, is Excite Truck.

To play music in the Picture Channel, you go into the options/settings and select 1 song, and voila.

You cannot Watch a Picture show & play a game, you do one or the other.

hopefully that answers your questions.

Another point of note, in case anyone is reading this thread for info, is that the SD memory function won't work at all until you do a Wii System update.
