Anyone got a Wii RGB cable ??

Just took delivery of my Wii RGB cable and noticed that it doesn't have the usual 21 pins ( or however many ) wired up, but more like 7ish ?!?!

Is that right as looking at both the packaging and cable looks like the official Nintendo RGB cable....

As i plugged it in my TV and set the RGB scart bit and the picture is black and white and quite fuzzy !!!
